Sheshyon Innovations Pvt Ltd

was founded with an objective to function as the enterprise arm of HIAL. It executes various residential as well as commercial architectural projects with a primary focus on Passive Solar Heated (PSH) buildings.It also works on the upscaling of products and services developed at and/or by HIAL's different schools.
HIAL’s students and interns get hands-on training by engaging in Sheshyon’s projects.The projects which are assigned to them are collaborative and participative learning experiences which also gives them the opportunity to get paid based on their performance. This supports HIAL’s idea that the students do not need to pay tuition fees, in lieu they contribute through their hard work and creativity. Students and interns play a crucial role in the execution of all projects. Thus, we can say that the performance of the enterprise is largely determined by the amount of effort and dedication put in by the students involved in it. Essentially, any profit generated by Sheshyon is used to make HIAL sustainable in its operations.
